Education and Qualification
Renu Raj IAS completed her secondary education from St. Teresa’s Higher Secondary School, Kottayam. She gained Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Government Medical College, Kottayam.
Career Path
Renu Raj IAS pursued her primary and secondary education from different schools in Kottayam. After that she joined for MBBS in Government Medical College, Kottayam.
She was active in speech, quiz competitions and extracurricular activities.
Later Renu Raj IAS worked as a doctor at ASI Hospital Kalluvathukkal, Kollam and she was prepared for Civil Service Examination. She joined in the State Academy and Pala Academy for Malayalam literature optional paper.

In the preliminary level of Civil Service Exam she attained a rank within 13,000 out of 450,000. In the main level she achieved a rank within 5000 and gained the 2nd rank within out of 5000.

After that she got married with Dr Sriram Venkitaraman in 2022. Their marriage was held at the auditorium in Chottanikkara.
Sriram Venkitaraman gained 2nd rank in Civil Services Examination 2012. He entered into the service as the sub-collector of Devikulam.
