She was very passionate about dancing since childhood. She started learning dance while she was studying at first standard. Her first dance performance was held at Guruvayur Sreekrishna Temple, Thrissur.
She is a trained Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, and Bharatanatyam performer. She trained in classical dance under Kalamandalam Kshemavathy and Kalamandalam Prasanna Unni.
In 2009 she participated in the Miss Kerala Contest and won the title of ‘Miss beautiful Eyes’ the contest.
