Jyotsna Radhakrishnan was very interested in music since childhood. At the young age she started to learn Carnatic music and Hindustani music under Mangad Natesan and Guru Dinesh Devdas respectively.
She began her career debut with song ‘Valakilukkam Kettedee’ in the movie “Pranayamani Thooval” directed by Thulasi Das.
The song ‘Sugamaanee Nilaavu’ brought her wider attention among audience. She sang Malayalam and Tamil songs for more than 800 films. She performed her best in 200 albums.
She has traveled to United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, and Australia for music programs. She also appeared in few films and participated in many television shows.
