Aniyan Midhun was very interested in martial arts since childhood. Aniyan Midhun joined at Karate coaching when he was only five years old. Aniyan Midhun holds a black belt in Karate and Kickboxing.
Aniyan Midhun started his career as a Wushu practitioner and he was the first South Indian to represent India in International Wushu.
Now Midhun is appearing the television reality show named ‘Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 5’ premiered on Asianet.
Aniyan Midhun made his career debut through the South Asian Wushu Championship held at Nepal on 31st March 2021. He trained under the coach Kuldeep Kumar Handoo.

In 2021 he holds the record for being the first South Indian to represent India in Internatioanl Wushu.
In the same year he was the record holder for the fastest knockout in a match with Pakisthan.
In 2021, Gold medal at South Asian Wushu Championship in the 70 kg category.
In 2022, Gold medal at World Pro Wushu Sanda Fight held in Thailand.

In 2021 he won the ‘Best Athlete of the Year Awardee.’ In the same year he received the ‘World’s Best Fighter Award’ by the Government of Nepal.
In 2022, Aniyan Midhun achieved the ‘Human Rights Nobel Award’ and ‘World Best Fighter Award’ for best performance of the year.
