Sangeetha started her career as a Bharatanatyam dancer and appeared on various stage programs. Later she was appeared on various Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada movies.
She made her film debut through the movie “Poonjolai” directed by Venkat Prabhu in 1996 but unfortunately this movie was not released yet.
