The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways created the Vahan e-service portal that serves as a centralised national register for all registered vehicles in the country. Through this online portal, users can get to know vehicle blacklist details. You can know your pending e-challan blacklist details quite easily by following the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Log on to parivahan sewa portal
Step 2: Click on the ‘Blacklist Jankari’ section.
Step 3: Enter your vehicle number.

On entering the correct details, you will be able to see the number of states where your vehicle has been blacklisted, along with blacklist vehicle details such as nature of complaint, place of complaint and FIR details.
