Honey Rose emphasized that her attire has always complied with India’s legal standards and that attending events is a professional obligation. She expressed openness to constructive criticism but condemned obscene or vulgar remarks. She warned that she would take action against individuals making such comments, utilizing protections available under the Indian Penal Code.
Following her statement, law enforcement agencies have taken action. The police registered cases against 27 individuals for posting obscene comments on her social media pages. Additionally, one person has been arrested in connection with these derogatory remarks.
